Should have strong programming skills in Java, J2EE (EJB, Struts, Springs) with any database
Should have strong experience in analysis and design, gather requirements, prepare design documents and participate in reviews
Should be strong in customer interaction for discussing technical issues.
Good oral and written communication skills.
