QuinStreet Software is looking for candidates with following skills:
Mandatory Skills
Java 1.5+, J2E, J2SE and J2E Design Patterns, Spring, Hibernate, Struts (Tiles and Validation Framework), JSP/Servlets.
Jboss 3.x, PL/SQL, Oracle 10g, Ant, JUnit and comfortable with at least one flavor of Linux.
Version Control System (Perforce/SVN/CVS/VSS).
Sound Knowledge of preparing SRS and Design Documents.
Should be able to mentor a small team.
Process Oriented.
Very Good communication Skills. Can handle customer`s requests with ease.
Desired Skills
Debugging and Performance Tuning experience (JMeter, JProfiler)
Cognos ReportNet.
Familiarity with Multi-JVM setups and their issues.
Familiarity with UML Diagrams.
Knowledge of using existing frameworks.
JSF/Richfaces/JQuery/ExtJs knowledge will be added advantage.
